LoL. LJ.

Since no one i know uses this anymore ... i think its a perfect time to actually put up my thoughts here about life and stuff in general ... y'know, as gems to be found in the sand when one decides its a good idea to look at the grains between their toes when enjoying an everyday walk on the beach.

So, where do i even start?
Finished operation Husky.
Found myself a fun stepping stone job working for Microsoft's Anti Piracy group.
Also found myself a wonderful person who I love to spend time with ... although, i'm a little unsure if she feels the same way about me. heh. O well, i guess that's just how life is sometimes i suppose.

But all in all, things are probably okay and will probably be alright in the future. maybe. :D
To those who still use LJ and find my post ... welcome to the beginning of the secrets.

All should fear my cunning!

You are Delita
You scored -5 good or evil, 13 spirituality, -3 power, and 22 intelligence!

So the scorned knight is you... Delita Hyral lost his sister, but bounced back as a "Double Agent" spying on the church on behalf of Zeltennia's Nanten (specifically, the Black Sheep Knights he now commands). Even so, like your buddy Ramza, you fight constantly to surpass the rest and cover your weaknesses. Believing power is everything, you'll resort to a few dirty tricks to accede to the throne. But behind that heavy-handed style, good intentions remain, even if the results spell disaster. You're quite crafty, and while you show little mercy in your brand of justice, it remains just in the "Old Testament" style (which befits your need of anger management courses). Delita can be quite evil, shrewd and spirited, regarded generally as a misunderstood genius and receiving much jealousy for it. Watch what you say to others, since you can't hold out forever on your own power. Others like you consist of "Kain" and "Golbez" from Final Fantasy IV. Your polar opposite is Barret. You'll probably get along with Sephiroth, and you could tolerate Yuna or Bahamut.

Okay...
So the last few weeks have been kind of a blur...
Umm... a really really drunken and information filled blur...
Holidays was good. Bro came back ... but he went back to Nippon :(
Had a good time when he was here, went and saw the families... sorry to everyone else who didn't catch him :(
My father's back workin' in Washington now...everyone in the family is happy about that one :)
hmm... School's started, we're in the third week...i guess its almost time for midterms, this quarter's goin' good so far. Too much work tho, its uber busy...
But the few distractions that come up and pull me away from my work...are much needed and highly treasured, and uhh... appreciated :)
Yep!
Last Saturday night was Joanne's bday, it was fun drunkass Karaoke time at Ce Ci Bon ... for the 5 hours, it was about 200 bucks with the alcohol cleanup fee...not too bad, i'd say... especially 'cuz SOMEONE dropped the bday cake on the floor next to the karaoke machine... very smooth move on the part of Joanne's craziass friend.
Hmm. tonight, I went to Sushi with some Liz and Shiori and Bryan and Kelly and... that's about all i can remember of the names... :) There was sake too...sushi + sake = fun times... that's my math equation of the week!
'k. I should rethink my school-situation here...
this is SO fkt up >_<
My EE233 'professor's' lectures are hella weak, he just kind of repeats the stuff in the book the same way they present it... and if I don't exactly understand wtf is going on in the book when I read it, how the hell am i supposed to understand the exact same words repeated for me to hear? WTF is this bullshit? Ugh. It'd be easy if some kinda unmentionable accident happens to me and i split my wig on the ground or something...that'd just solve all this mess... tch. At least I kinda know whats going on in my chem class... and my other EE class I'm starting to understand their 'convolution' materials for signals & systems... but... shit! I think I'm going to bite a hugeass bullet on the 233 class... The TA really sucks too... i wish someone would explain to me what this 'transformers' business is all about... (and no, I won't be happy with anyone that sez: 'well, transformers are these really awesome fuckin' robot guys that turn into cars and dinosaurs and shit') ... ARGH. ... ok... I gotta go to bed for like 5 hours and get up for school at 6... *sigh* seriously... hit me with a goddamned truck.

well... its been awhile since my last update...
Since last Sunday (Sept 25), Cingular really screwed the pooch on my cell phone's routing deal on their networks... so I couldn't recieve ANY calls from anyone... 6 customer service calls + 6 days later... after 5 days of power-cycling and disabling call-fuckin' forwarding (I swear, if shit doesn't work the FIRST time, why the fuck make me do it 4 more times?!!?)... the dude on Friday sed that the tech guy he was talking to said that there was something fucked up with the routing to my phone number on their networks... so they'll have someone fix it within 24-48 hours...
At this time,i'm like, 'm'k... cool, so i'm about to be able to get calls and stuff, kickass!' ... 2 days later ... I get a text message from Cingular tech services saying that I'm able to recieve calls... So... I try it (call from my house phone) ... and I get a 'can't disconnect to my phone number as dialed message' ... WTF? The dudes are supposed to FIX my shit... not make it worse. At least before, people would be sent to my VM... GAGH... So I call the fucks back on Sunday night, and the chick was all like, 'oh... well, it usually takes about 12 more hours after they fix things for shit to work correctly... so... call us back around noon tomorrow if things don't work out.... and I think, being the gullible person that I am, 'sure, ok, things will be okay in the morning when i go to school' ...
next day... no... wtf. shit is STILL fucked up... call 'em back and they tell me to wait another fuckin' 24-48 hours... WTFH. So... I JUST got off the phone w/cust svc... and what'd they tell me? 'Give us a call back tomorrow morning and ask to be transferred to tech services' ... FUCKIN' ASSHOLES. >.< Just FIX my shit...
So yeah... I couldn't recieve calls...
and to everyone that might have tried to call me recently... no, my number is NOT disconnected... it's jsut that Cingular tech ppl can't do their jobs. or something >_<
Seems that I've missed Megan's bday as well... wtf. I'm missing everyone's bday... >_< I would've missed out celebrating my own bday if Dara hadn't talked shit about it...
o yeah...
and on a side note, yesterday was my birthday. ...'yay me'...
it was alright, i went and met up w/Dara ('cuz its ALSO his bday... same year & everything...its crzy!) and went with the pothead hooligan army to go get some food & beers in seattle. That was amusing.
Afterwards, we went back to their homebase... and while they smoked, I just sat there watching Evil Dead... that movie is good. ;)
so... yeah... fun things all over...
o yeah, and i started school last week... going smoothly so far, I think... 'cept I'm worried about my chem class 'cuz i haven't taken chem in like... a few years... and i've forgotten all those stupid little constants like avagadro's goddamned fuckin' number for the stupidass gas eqns and what the conversion factors are for atmospheres & torrs... fuckin' hell. it should be like the metric system where everything is a nice round easy to remember number ;-)

... yeah ... ok. i'm done now.

Yay!
So I'm now back in the states... Feels nice and good... but I'm also kinda sad 'cuz I can't have any more fun in Vietnam :(
The trip was great :) Got lots of fun photos... 'cept one leg of my trip... the tour to 'Da Lat' is devoid of digital photos... 'cuz my mother kinda removed my battery charger pack for my digi-camera... she thought that I wouldn't need it >_<
hahahaha. o well :) I can always scan the normal photos in :)
On the trip back to the states, we had like an 8 hour layover in South Korea... so we went on a tour of the city and I got some photos too :) Good fun!
Hope everyone had a fun time in the states while I was gone ;) Not like me being in the states actually makes ppl's fun-times any better =P hehe.
I didn't get fired from my job yet... which is pretty cool ;) I wanna get a different one... or rather, do some research internship or something...that'd be awesome.
School starts next wed... and tuition is like 2K! >_< I needa get some loan action to pay for school now...
O yeah...it looks like daniel's stalker friend also invaded my cousin's LJ ... and now she quit the LJ scene... nice job >_< ... now it makes me sad :( o well... at least i can still see her at Grandma's place...but Daniel can't read her journal here anymore 'cuz of that... :(
m'k...
Holy shit its HOT down here. Its rainy today... so its hot AND muggy ( I woulda thought that it'd be like, y'know... not so hot or something). At least this Inet cafe I found has AC :) AC is a life saver down here. :)
hmm.... right now its about noon... and ppl say its about 10pm on the west coast of the US ... yeah ;)

Today we're gonna go to Saigon to go have some fun and do stuff... :)
The trip over here took like 16 hours.... or something like that. It was WEAKSAUCE. I *WAS* going to upload photos... but this fuckin' computer's got like 2.5kbps xfer rate... that's WEAKSAUCE. It'll take like forever to xfer.
The inet cafe's prices are about... like... 4000 VND/hr... that translates to a lil over 25 cents an hour... not too bad i'd say... and I can play gunbound on this computer too! ;)

Everything is pretty cheap over here... Bun Baos with BBQ pork is like 33 cents... so good. And Soy Milk is like 7 cents a bag... OMFG. Soy Milk = WIN! Clothing is pretty inexpensive as well... its pretty high quality stuff. Good fabrics and good worksmanships... for a pair of pants that we'd pay like 60-70 bones for in the states, we'd pay like 15-20 over here... its the goods.
Now... all I need to do is find a cool place to find some fun bootleg items ;) BOOTLEG! Movies rule!
Our hotel room is pretty cool... we pay 300000 VND for a large rm w/2 beds... thats about 20 USD per night. They also serve us pho for breakfast & its free... normally itd be like 60 cents for a bowl...omfg. 60 cents! and its WAY Better then the pho that we get in the states... goddamnit! we need to learn how to make better pho. :)

It'd be awesome to come down here with a buncha friends to go sight seeing... I mean, its hella fun to go w/my mother & all... ;) But there're things that I can't exactly do when family is around 0:)

Yeah! I hope everyone's having a blast in the states... 'cuz i'm Havin' a fun time... ;) 'cept its all extra hot over here... kinda sux... but that's coo.
Alright! I might have more entries...maybe ;) Its so good to be on the internet tho... so I'll prolly be on a lil more. Maybe.

Yeah! Happy Bday to Cuong muthafuckin' Ha! Looks like he, and along with a few others, had a BLASTIN' night... or something close to that :)
Quinn, Lena, Joe, Ciana, Dowlz, Cuong, and I did the gameworks celebratory drunk gamage-binge session for a few hours. Good stuff. After that there was some more stuff going on with this other bar... 'cept the jager bombs were WARM ... (fuckin' warm-ass jager bombs) kinda pushed cuong over the edge and into 'porcelain god land.' After the crazy bar, we jammed off to Millie's restaurant ... or was that Minnie's restaurant? I can't really remember... anyways, we had some goood foods there... Apparantly, the eggs benedict eggs tasted too much like eggs for Cuong and Quinn... I think they're just drunk crazy ^_^
Hahahaha.
m'k. So I leave for vietnam in like 6 hours... ppl told me to just stay up so i can sleep on the flight... i'm TRYING to do my damndest to stay up... but i feel like i'm bout to go into crash mode... gotta find something to get into the crash-override mode ;) gahahaha.
Anyways, I might not be able to hop onto a computer over there in the wild-land that we know as Vietnam ;) I would *so* rather fight monkeys rather then fighting sharks... damn sharks and their crazy sea-minions... always out for my blood! (well... you CAN'T have that blood! so eat teh shit!) I think this might be the last xmission in awhile. :) Unless I find a computer of course... and fast inet... y'know... inet cafes would be great. ^_^

Yeah! Saturday night Opticlash action. It was a rather good show with lots of good visuals. Good job to those ... umm ... video jockeys... shakin' music and good vid feeds in addition to good people is what makes the party great.
It was a bit strange tho, it was kinda like a weird MRHS reunion thing going on ;) Very fun tho. Saw Morgan, Cuong, Quinn, Erik, Jeff, Emily, Mike, Casey, BK and a few other ppls whom i've probably forgotten in the drunken memory of things ;)
But yeah, it was good fun.
I feel kinda bad tho 'cuz i couldn't make it to some other things ... and i prolly won't see 'em for like a month ;)
m'k, well... that's it for this update i suppose.
L8z yahlz.

Yeah! Eventful weekends are the best. Its always awesome to hang out with friendly people that you haven't seen in forever-time.
Last night was nutty. Started off with Crystal's bday dinner thing, then off to Katy's house party (which was greatly amusing, I'd have to add), then back to the DM area to top off the night with hanging out with the drunkards from Crystal's bday dinner ;)
O yeah! Saw some ppl I haven't seen in a long time, Crystal & Lena are part of that company ;) And Stephanie as well! (I couldn't remember who she was until Lena jogged my memory about the 'massage girl student' ... hehe. )
Alright!
Yeah! A fairly eventful weekend so far...
Friday started off pretty well... Went to Liz's party thing that was in fact a bday party for her friend Nicole. It was great fun.
At the party, I met lots of new ppl. It usually happens when you know like... 2-4 ppl there...
Ahh, and Alissa showed up! I didn't expect to see her there... We spoke a lil bit & wondered about Alexia & when she'd be showing up ;) But things were all sufficiently drunk and we thought that she wouldn't anyways ;)
Oh yeah, and I want to thank Liz for inviting me out & being a badass hostess. All great fun indeed.

Saturday was less eventful...but still kinda fun ;) Started off with a drunk-ass hungover walk to the Kirkland park & ride to catch the bus to work...
After work, I had to go to the house in Des Moines to drop off a mirror to be replaced... then went back up to Lynnwood's Honda Parts store... but I got there like 5 minutes too late, fuckers! So now my car's still in 'window's permanently rolled-down' mode... until Monday, anyways. >_<
Took a nap for like 5 hours... got up at 10, and joined Joe, Steve, and Chris in some furious CS action... o hells yeah.

Now...6 hours later...i'm at work... yep...almost done with the shift and i can jam on home...and probably get back to CS ;)

And the lil ones are soon to be able to be enrolled in normal school (whenever the enrollment date comes around). Unfortunately, we're unable to get state help from DSHS for them becaues they were sponsored over here... so they can't apply for any kinda help for like 5 years... that's what the DSHS lady told me ... damnit. o well, that just means that I gotta help out more with the financial stuff... with what little pieces of scraps get thrown to me by the Seattle Times ;) ... but I think we can make it :)

Summer for me has been hectic and full of activity so far...
Alright! Soooo ... the past week was pretty eventful, well, more then usual anyways. Had a chance to kick some ass in this game that I was stuck on for like months ... and got some study-on and sheeit. On Monday, when I was out at the stores w/half of the Taniguchi siblings gettin' clothes for sister Taniguchi (I guess they forgot her clothes at her new apt in Pullman when everyone came back), I ran into Kim! That was pretty interesting :)
Next few days involved some school & work...
Every night, it seems like i'm not getting my needed sleep ... seems like my body keeps wanting to wake up at 6am >_< That's a full 2 hours before I'm supposed to be up, damnit! I hope that doesn't dick me around too hard, but the teacher is grading it on a curve, thank god, so hopefully it'll be okay if I kick ass on the midterm in 2 weeks... then the finals.
